Jim Traficant is a partner at Pinkston with over 30 years of executive and operational leadership in government, commercial and international markets. Jim also serves as the Managing Director for Citadel Sciences which is helping businesses and people safely return to places we live, work, and play together. He served as President of ASM Research leading the Accenture acquisition to triple in three years. He previously served as President of Harris Healthcare Solutions where he expanded the business from an idea to $200M in five years serving government, commercial, and international healthcare organizations across six countries.

Jim’s industry experience includes Aerospace & Defense, Intelligence, and Healthcare as well as M&A, product development, and IT services. Jim has served on the Boards for Exigent International, Cancer Treatment Services International, and the first Johns Hopkins Medicine Joint Venture called Peake Healthcare – which Jim also co-founded. The pivot from Defense to healthcare resulted from Jim’s experience as a two-time liver transplant survivor. Jim still serves at Johns Hopkins as an executive member of the Innovation Advisory Council.

Jim has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Geneva College and MBA from George Washington University. He is married to Gwen Richards Traficant and they have two grown children who also live in Northern Virginia.

Jan Berger is a tri-sector healthcare executive with over 30 years of healthcare experience across the stakeholder spectrum. For eleven years, Jan served as the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Innovation Officer of CVS Health. Most recently, Jan has lead Health Intelligence Partners, an international healthcare consulting company focused on the intersection of strategy and operations. In addition to this leadership role, Jan sits on the Board of Directors of UCB Pharmaceuticals, Cambia Health Solutions, GNS Healthcare, Voluntis and Tabula Rasa Health Care.

As the author of the books “Leveraging Health”, “Thirteen Common Pitfalls in Consumer Engagement”, “We Don’t Talk Anymore: A Consumer’s Guide to Connecting with their Doctor”, “Medical Liability for Pediatricians” and her newest book “The soon to be released Re-Engaging in Trust: The Missing Ingredient to Fixing Healthcare”, the past Editor in Chief of American Journal of Pharmacy Benefit and on the editorial boards of a number of healthcare journals, Jan is considered a national health care thought leader. Jan speaks and writes on a broad range of health care and pharmaceutical services issues. Jan holds both a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence from Loyola University in Chicago, and a Certificate in Healthcare Business Administration from University of South Florida. She also holds a black belt in Six Sigma. Jan is an assistant professor at Northwestern University School of Medicine and School of Communication in Chicago, Illinois where she teaches the Engaging the Consumer in Health course.

Brad Wilson served as President and CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina for almost 8 years, capping a 22 year career with North Carolina’s largest health insurer. Under his leadership, BCBSNC grew to a $9 billion company serving over 3.8 million customers. His experience as CEO reflected his passion for healthcare, a deep commitment to community involvement and strong expertise in business and public policy at the state and national level.

Mr. Wilson joined BCBSNC in 1995 as General Counsel and held a variety of senior-level positions before being named CEO in 2010. During his tenure, BCBSNC successfully implemented the Affordable Care Act and remains the only health insurer in North Carolina providing ACA products in all 100 counties in the state. He has served as Director of the BCBS Association, AHIP and numerous other national and state healthcare organizations. He is also the past Chair of the UNC Board of Governors and has led several state commissions.

Prior to joining BCBSNC, Mr. Wilson practiced law in NC. He also served as General Counsel to Governor James B. Hunt where he directed the governor’s legislative strategy, led the legal office and served as a cabinet secretary. He holds a B.A. degree from Appalachian State University, an M.A. degree from Duke University and a law degree from Wake Forest University. Currently, he serves as Executive in Residence at Wake Forest University.

Patrick Getzen has over 25 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry.  Most recent focus when at Blue Cross NC included areas that included data quality, stewardship and governance, as well as analytics enablement.   His technology-focused teams ensured that actions were efficient and information-driven to run businesses, collaborate with health care providers, and serve customers.
 
Previously Patrick previously served as Vice President and Chief Actuary for Blue Cross NC. His responsibilities included pricing for individual customers and employers, valuation, underwriting, product development , and financial planning.
 
Patrick is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, as well as a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
 
Patrick currently serves as an advisor to Vision Consulting, Heads Together Health and Citius Tech.  Prior to that, Patrick served as Board Member for Appalachian State University’s Walker College of Business Advisory Council, Blue Health Intelligence, GNS Healthcare, IBM Watson Health Payer Advisory Board, and the Congressional Budget Office’s Panel of Health Advisors. 

Patrick is an advocate for improving lives through better health, education, personal development and leadership. 

Dr. Mohit Kaushal is a well-recognized healthcare professional and an industry leader, with an extensive career in investing, clinical medicine, academia and public policy. Dr. Kaushal currently serves as a Special Advisor at General Atlantic. As a lead investor and board member, he has been an influential force in guiding many healthcare organizations. During the Obama administration, he was a member of the White House Health IT task force, a cross-agency team that implemented the technology aspects of health reform. He also built and led the first dedicated health care team at the Federal Communications Commission.

Dr. Kaushal is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University and has been appointed to the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics, advising HHS on Data Access and Use. He continues to be actively involved in health policy and serves as a Scholar in Residence at the Duke Margolis Center for Health Policy.

Dr. Kaushal is a medical graduate from Imperial College, London and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Bryan has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His knowledge and expertise span numerous areas, including implementing complex enterprise systems, establishing digital solutions, developing new business operations, and leading operational process improvements. He’s served as a business operations lead and technologist for Electronic Data Systems (a pioneer in technology outsourcing), worked as a Managing Director at Accenture, and performed as an Executive Director at Kaiser Permanente.

He was one of the executive leads who implemented a new Retiree Health Administration business managing licensed sales representatives who assisted large-employer retirees to better understand and select their healthcare benefit options. Bryan led the Electronic Data Interchange operations, which successfully processed over 1.1 billion transactions annually, while reducing the transaction error rate from 5% to less than 1%. He led various enterprise-wide program management organizations successfully implement diverse regulatory (ICD-10, Interoperability, Price Transparency, and HR133) and digital programs. As part of this work, he guided the successful implementation of one of the most complex and comprehensive digital solutions in the healthcare industry, including an operational and organizational shift from traditional waterfall methodology to Agile.

Bryan has also served multiple terms as a board member and commissioner for the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), as well as the Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC).

Srivatsan has over 30 years of experience in growing businesses in the digital, data, AI, analytics, IT and operations management areas across Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
Most recently at IQVIA he was responsible for driving growth and leading product development and operations of R&DS Technologies. He supported the world’s leading CRO with their digital transformation needs and built a successful clinical trial technology business that helped better patient, site, and sponsor engagement.

Prior to that, as Venture partner, he grew Cognizant’s foray into Digital & Platforms. He identified, incubated, and grew innovative digitally enabled ventures across the Healthcare & Life Sciences value chain. 

Srivatsan was recognized as the top 100 most inspiring people in the life sciences industry award by PharmaVOICE publication in 2010 and 2021.

Having co-founded CitiusTech in 2005, Rizwan Koita served as its Chief Executive Officer till October 2021. Under his leadership, CitiusTech became one of the fastest growing healthcare technology solutions providers, serving more than 120 leading healthcare organizations worldwide, and crossing over $300 Mn in annualized revenues.

Before CitiusTech, Mr. Koita was the CEO and founder of TransWorks (now part of Concentrix), a leading BPO with over 15,000 employees today. Earlier, he was a senior consultant with McKinsey & Co., where he consulted transnational clients on growth and operations strategy. His philanthropic venture, Koita Foundation, helps NGOs scale by leveraging technology and digital transformation. He actively supports the Koita Centre for Digital Health at IIT Bombay.

Mr. Koita is a winner of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2013. He received IIT Bombay's Distinguished Alumni Award 2019. He is also a recipient of the Indo-American Society's ‘Young Achievers Award in Business.’ He has a Master’s Degree in EECS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).

Jagdish Moorjani is the co-founder of CitiusTech. He served as Chief Operating Officer of CitiusTech till October 2021, and built an exceptional 5,400+ professionals organization, responsible for all CitiusTech services, solutions and platforms. Mr. Moorjani has 20+ years of experience in the area of technology delivery and outsourced services. Prior to CitiusTech, he was the co-founder and COO of TransWorks (now part of Concentrix), a leading BPO with over 15,000 employees today.

Mr. Moorjani has earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) where he earned the Institute Medal for ranking first in his graduating class. He received a fellowship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he studied towards his Master’s degree in Engineering. Mr. Moorjani also has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mumbai University. Mr. Moorjani is also involved in several not-for-profit initiatives in his personal capacity.
