William Winkenwerder Jr., MD
Chairman
Dr. William Winkenwerder Jr. is the Chairman and CEO of Winkenwerder Strategies, a healthcare advisory and investment firm. He is an influential and very well recognized leader in American healthcare, with experience in medical care, healthcare finance and health insurance operations.

He is an influential and very well recognized leader in American healthcare, with experience in medical care, healthcare finance and health insurance operations. Dr. Winkenwerder currently serves on the board of directors for several healthcare technology and services firms.
Dr. Winkenwerder served as Chief Executive Officer of Highmark Inc. till May 2014. Highmark is among the ten largest US health insurers and is the third largest integrated financing and delivery system, with $17.5 billion in annual revenues, based in Pittsburgh, PA, operating Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans in three states and a $2.5 billion integrated hospital-physician network in western PA.
From 2001 to 2007, Dr. Winkenwerder served as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs handling 132,000 personnel, 9.2 million beneficiaries worldwide and an annual budget of $40 billion. Before that, he held senior leadership positions at Blue Cross of Massachusetts, Prudential Healthcare and Emory University. Dr. Winkenwerder is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a board-certified physician who has practiced primary care medicine.
Dr. Winkenwerder graduated from the Davidson College and the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Anne McGeorge
Director & Audit Chair
Anne McGeorge is the former Managing Partner of Grant Thornton’s Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. She created the healthcare/life science practice for Grant Thornton and grew it to a $250 million global business in a little over ten years. Prior to Grant Thornton, Ms. McGeorge was a Partner at Deloitte and at Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. McGeorge has over 35 years of experience advising healthcare clients in all aspects of finance and transformational change, including strategy, M&A, joint ventures, financial statement audits, corporate restructuring, governance, talent acquisition, executive compensation, IRS matters and risk management. In addition to her role as Board of Director, Ms. McGeorge chairs the Audit Committee of CitiusTech.

Ms. McGeorge is currently on the board of, and the audit committee chair of, Magenta Therapeutics (NASDAQ:MGTA) and SOC Telemed (NASDAQ:TLMD). She is also on the board of the Be The Match Foundation, supporting the $500M nonprofit that maintains the national database for bone marrow and stem cell transplants. She also serves on the Audit/ Finance and the New Technologies Committees, as well as serving as a “bone marrow courier,” transporting cells from donor to patient. She is also on the board of Dioko Health Ventures, a healthcare venture capital firm targeting early-stage investment opportunities with a focus on healthcare technology and operating partner of Havencrest Healthcare, a private equity firm targeting health care services and technology companies.
Ms. McGeorge is on the faculty of the University of North Carolina’s Gillings School of Global Public Health and is a past instructor for Duke University’s various post-graduate Certificate Programs. She is also a member of the Women Business Leaders in Healthcare.
Ms. McGeorge holds an MS degree in Accounting & Taxation from the University of Virginia and a BBA degree in Accounting from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. She has participated in numerous leadership development courses at the Harvard Business School.
Devin O’Reilly
Partner, Bain Capital Private Equity
Devin O’Reilly is a Partner at Bain Capital Private Equity, where he is Head of Healthcare investments in North America based in the Boston office. Devin previously spent five years in the firm’s London office, where he led the European private equity healthcare team. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 2005, he was a consultant for Bain & Company where he focused on healthcare and private equity industry clients. Previously, he also held management positions in the healthcare and technology industries. Devin serves on the board of directors of several Bain Capital portfolio companies including athenahealth, Aveanna, CitiusTech, LeanTaaS, Surgery Partners, PartsSource, Zelis and several historic investments. He is also a member of the investment committee of Bain Capital’s Double Impact Fund which is focused on social impact investing. Devin is a trustee of Carroll School, an innovative elementary and middle school that serves children with language-based learning differences. Devin received an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Jimmy Mahtani

Jimmy Mahtani is a Partner in the BPEA EQT team and is responsible for India, in addition to being a member of the Portfolio Management Committee and the Co-Head of the Technology Services team.

Jimmy worked for BPEA from 2006 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT. Jimmy currently serves on the board of several portfolio companies including Hexaware, CMS, Citius, Virtusa and AGS Healthcare.
Prior to joining BPEA, Jimmy was with General Atlantic in Mumbai where he founded the India office. Prior to this, Jimmy worked for Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch in the U.S.
Jimmy graduated with honors from Georgetown University with a triple major in Finance, International Business and Marketing.
Hari Gopalakrishnan

Hari Gopalakrishnan is a Partner, Co Head of India Private Equity and Co-Head of APAC Services Sector at BPEA-EQT based in Mumbai. Hari worked for Baring Private Equity Asia from 2007 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT

Pavninder Singh
Partner, Bain Capital Private Equity
Pavninder Singh serves as the Managing Director at Bain Capital Private Equity, LP, as part of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team. He leads their efforts in India and Southeast Asia with a focus on Financial & Business Services and Industrial & Energy Verticals. Prior to that he was based in the New York Office as part of the North American Private Equity industrials team.
Pavninder Singh serves as the Managing Director at Bain Capital Private Equity, LP, as part of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team. He leads their efforts in India and Southeast Asia with a focus on Financial & Business Services and Industrial & Energy Verticals. Prior to that he was based in the New York Office as part of the North American Private Equity industrials team.
He has been closely involved with a number of Bain Capital’s investments in the region, including Axis Bank, Hero MotoCorp, JM Baxi, L&T Financial Services, Quest Engineering, Chindata, Emcure Pharmaceuticals and Brillio. He currently serves on the boards of Quest, JM Baxi, and Brillio. Prior to Bain, he served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of Medrishi.com. He also served as a Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting, where he consulted in the e-commerce, retail and energy industries.
He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He received a B.A. degree from Harvard College
Steve Van Kuiken

Steve is a Senior Partner Emeritus, McKinsey & Company and brings significant experience in healthcare technology and digital transformation to CitiusTech. A seasoned leader, Steve founded McKinsey Technology, the company’s digital and technology transformation practice, in 2017 and was the global leader for the practice until his retirement.

Before that he led the Digital Practice for McKinsey, North America and also founded and led McKinsey’s Healthcare IT practice between 2003 and 2013. Throughout his career at McKinsey, Steve has served healthcare companies on strategy and performance improvement agendas and has spearheaded numerous large scale digital & technology transformations across sectors. He has done significant work in technology-related research and knowledge development, which leading industry publications have cited. Prior to McKinsey, Steve was a divisional CIO at Baxter Healthcare.
